Bigsocialbang tries hard to deliver exactly what is expected from us. In this case, we reserve the right to change a service type if we deem it necessary to complete an order.
2. Payments
By depositing funds to your account balance on Bigsocialbang through any payment processor accepted on Bigsocialbang, you are paying for credits (which will be used to submit orders) and not for the orders themselves. Therefore, you automatically accept that any rights to a refund are forfeited once the amount is added to your account balance.
3. Service
Bigsocialbang is used to promote your Social Media accounts and help boosting it's appearance only, formally called Social Proof, 100% safe.
We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you, we simply guarantee that you get the services you pay for.
We DO NOT guarantee that 100% of the accounts will have a Profile Picture, Full Bio and/or uploaded pictures, although we strive to make this a reality for all accounts.
You will not upload anything into the Bigsocialbang website including nudity or any illegal material that is not accepted or suitable for all the Social Platforms available on Bigsocialbang website.
4. Disclaimer
Bigsocialbang will not be held responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer.
5. Liability
Bigsocialbang is in no way liable for any account suspensions or picture/video removals performed by any of the Social Platforms available on the website (Such as Instagram/Twitter/Facebook/Youtube/etc..).
Bigsocialbang is not responsible for any steal of login information, you should protect it carefully.
6. Refund Policy
No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a deposit has been completed, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your deposited balance to submit orders from Bigsocialbang.
You agree that once you complete a payment, you will not file a dispute or any chargeback against us for any reason. Remember that our main goal is serve you and your business. Open a support ticket and let us know what's going on.
If you file a dispute or charge-back against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to revoke all previous services ordered, terminate all future orders, suspend you from using our services, ban you from our site, and pursue legal action if needed. We also reserve the right to take away any followers and likes delivered to any accounts and posts belonging to you or your clients on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other Social Media websites.
Orders placed on Bigsocialbang will not be refunded or canceled once they have been placed. In case the order is non-derivable, you will receive a refund credit to your Bigsocialbang account balance.
Misplaced orders and/or orders to private accounts will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account and will certainly lead to a legal action. There are no exceptions.
Please do not make double orders on the same service/server at the same time for the same account, post or link. We cannot give you the correct amount of followers and likes if you decide to do so and we will not refund these orders in any circumstances.
6.1 Violation
If Bigsocialbang does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation on these terms, Bigsocialbang will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to Bigsocialbang. You agree that Bigsocialbang will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to our website as a result of any violation of these terms.
7. Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously and will take all measures to protect it.
